1Who we are
benflow is a service of ally:code (ALLYCODE DESENVOLVIMENTO DO SOFTWARE LTDA.), CNPJ 60.545.857/0001-19, headquartered in Ourinhos, SP. In this document, "we" means ally:code and "you" means the company that subscribes to benflow and the people who use the panel on its behalf.
2What benflow is
benflow is a ticket board for software development teams, fed by Telegram bots and with artificial intelligence features: reading requests, audio transcription, meeting minutes that become tasks, GitHub Actions tracking, project memory in Obsidian and the AI Team with Claude Code or OpenAI's Codex.
Some features depend on third-party services, such as Telegram, Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (Codex), GitHub, Google Drive, Gmail and Mercado Pago. Use of these services is also subject to each one's terms.
3Account, organizations and access
- The subscriber is responsible for the company account and for the people they add to benflow.
- Each person uses their own login and looks after their own password. Do not share access.
- The admins of each organization define who joins and with which profile.
- Automatic Telegram sign-in comes turned on: anyone in a group that counts toward sign-in and who shares their phone number with the bot joins the panel as an employee, without approval, and this costs nothing extra. The admin can turn this sign-in off or mark each group as Doesn't count, in Settings. For groups with clients, we recommend marking Doesn't count.
- People without an account, such as clients who chat in the Telegram group, participate under the responsibility of the organization that added them to the group.
4Pricing and billing
- Launch offer: anyone who creates an account until 31/12/2026 uses the 1st project of benflow without paying and without registering a card, until 31/12/2026. From 01/01/2027, that project starts to be charged at the monthly price in effect (today R$50 per project per month), and only from those who subscribe: without a subscription, nothing is charged automatically and access to the panel is blocked. Projects beyond the free one are charged from the moment of subscription. The later amount is shown and accepted at sign-up. One offer per person (by email and by mobile number). Panel data is kept for at least 30 days after the end of the free period and, without a subscription, may be deleted after that. The offer may end earlier, without affecting those who have already started.
- The plan is per project: R$50 per project per month. Each new project adds this amount to the monthly fee: 1 project, R$50; 2 projects, double, and so on.
- People are unlimited: inviting people to a project costs nothing, including those who gained access through automatic Telegram sign-in. People who only chat through Telegram or the client portal, without an account, don't pay either.
- Anyone invited to another person's project who wants to create their own projects needs to subscribe to their own plan.
- Billing is monthly and recurring, through Mercado Pago, which processes the payment. benflow does not receive or store your card details.
- The number of billed projects automatically follows your account's active projects: each time a project is created, the subscription amount changes to the new number of projects times the current price. A deactivated or deleted project is not included in the monthly fee. Through the site, the limit is 200 projects; for more than that, contact us.
- Prices are in reais. If the price changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and the new amount only applies from the billing cycle after the notice.
- If a charge is not approved, Mercado Pago may try again. Without payment, access may be suspended until the account is settled.
5Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime, with no penalty, in your Mercado Pago account or by contacting us.
- Access continues until the end of the period already paid. After cancellation, there are no new charges.
- We do not refund prorated amounts for the current month, except in the case of the right of withdrawal below.
- Right of withdrawal: if you subscribed as a consumer, you may withdraw within 7 days of signing up, with a full refund of the amount paid (art. 49 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor, the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code).
6Acceptable use
You may not use benflow to:
- engage in illegal activities, spam or content that violates other people's rights;
- attempt to access other organizations' data, circumvent limits or attack the service;
- upload files containing viruses or malicious code;
- resell access without written authorization.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, giving prior notice whenever possible.
7Your data and your content
- Tickets, comments, attachments, minutes and messages sent to benflow belong to your company.
- You authorize us to store and process this content only to provide the service: display it in the panel, transcribe audio, suggest tasks and send notices through the bot.
- Each uploaded file can be up to 20 MB. Each panel stores up to 5 GB of files, and each person can upload up to 500 MB every 24 hours. Beyond that, benflow refuses the upload and notifies you.
- The processing of personal data follows our Privacy policy.
- After cancellation, you can request deletion of your data through the contact email. We keep only what the law requires.
8Obsidian vault (Knowledge)
In AI Team, Knowledge, the project admin can upload the notes from an Obsidian vault for the project's AI to consult. It is optional.
- What is included: only text notes (.md). Settings, plugins, attachments, hidden files and commercial notes (Privado and Comercial folders, and notes with Proposta Comercial in the name) are left out. Each project stores up to 80 MB and 8,000 notes.
- Staging and production: the upload goes to staging first, where the admin reviews the difference. The AI only starts using the notes after the admin clicks Activate in the production vault. If profiles, business rules and notifications are missing, the project's connected Claude can read the notes and build those parts in staging.
- Who sees it: the project's people and its AI. Uploading, activating, downloading and deleting is only for project admins.
- Where it is stored: on benflow's server and, for the production vault, in a backup on ally:code's Google Drive (Google Workspace), accessible only to the team responsible for benflow. The backup is used to recover the notes in case of failure and for our team to support the project. It is not shared with other clients.
- The notes are yours: download production or staging as a .zip whenever you like. We do not sell the notes or use them to train AI models.
- Deleting: when you delete the vault or the project, the notes and upload history are removed from benflow immediately and from the backup within 30 minutes. The copy goes to the Google Drive trash, which Google empties within 30 days.
- Do not upload passwords, card details or sensitive personal data to the vault. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload.
9Artificial intelligence and automations
- The AI suggests titles, sectors, due dates and tasks. It can make mistakes: check before you trust.
- In the AI Team, Claude Code runs on the dev's machine, with their git and their Claude account, and follows Anthropic's terms. Anyone who connects OpenAI's Codex uses their own ChatGPT account, under OpenAI's terms. Claude Code and ChatGPT subscriptions are not included in benflow.
- benflow's server does not write to GitHub. The dev does the push, from their own machine, and publishing to production depends on validation by your team.
- You are responsible for the code you publish and for reviewing work done with the help of the AI.
10Availability and support
We work to keep benflow running at all times, but outages may occur for maintenance or due to third-party failures, such as Telegram, GitHub or cloud providers. Whenever possible, we notify you in advance. Support is provided through tickets, on the Support page.
11Liability
benflow is provided as is, with continuous improvements. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, or for failures of third-party services. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event. Nothing here removes rights guaranteed to consumers by law.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Important changes are announced in advance by email or in the panel. Continuing to use benflow after that means agreeing to the new version.
13Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the judicial district of Ourinhos, SP are elected as the venue, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring an action in the courts of their place of residence.
