Frequently asked questions

  • No. You can buy the setup and create your account in the first session. The subscription is separate.

  • Yes. We install and connect the AI you already use. If you do not use one yet, we help you choose and create the account.

  • We leave everything running on your computer and show you a simple hosting path for when you want to go live.

  • The specialist follows along through screen sharing. The keys stay with you, in your vault. We do not keep passwords.

  • Yes. If the questionnaire shows more than 20 projects or more than 50 people, the team builds a custom setup with you.

  • Yes, with your permission. Each session becomes meeting notes in your benflow, with the next steps as cards.

  • After the 1st session, at the address you confirm with the specialist. Both T-shirts come in the size you pick in the assessment. For now, the kit ships only to addresses in Brazil: if you're in another country, you get the full installation, without the kit.

  • The team keeps going with you, at no extra cost, until it does.
